Dear Tom,

At 40, you are already able to say what I hope to say when I'm 80: "I've changed the lives of at least a thousand people!".  I really do not want to suggest that you're an 80-year old guy for us, make no mistake!  But you did it and it takes most people who do the same, their whole life.

So be proud of yourself and enjoy this day!
